These videos are bullshit. They don’t show how they introduced the belt. It was two times when they move the camera to cover how they do it.

FYI. According to Dr Pulley those rollers SR3018-8 are for the KingQuad and not for the Burgman 400. Good video.

Not using greese for rolers ? I always use dry grease works great and i removed sharp edges from varioplate with a dremel.

I was thinking of buying your sliders for my Yamaha Majesty 400 2006 model.. it's a bit sluggish of the line. But when I took it apart it already had them. One thing I noticed when taking it apart was that several of them were fitted wrong. I put them all in the right way and first few take of was amazing.. but now it's back to how it was before.. would they ve to worn when this happens?

When i remove the variator the barrel stayed on the shaft now the back plate ia atuck. Ive tried everything to get it out. Any suggestions

I tell you what: Thanks God for your video because 1, when I took apart my brand-new Vespa Sprint 150 (2023) those idiots at the Italian assembly plant had the plastic contra spring washer BELOW the metal housing cup-washer (shop manual doesn’t explain it either) and, 2, my new Malossi clutch kit came with its own plastic washer & contra spring (white) but their instructions do NOT indicate where it goes although they DO tell you that it is not necessary if you already have one. I’ll tell you what else: This Vespa is a nice scooter but that washer wasn’t the only quality control mishap I found. One of the other big things was the lack of a rear axle cotter pin! There were also several minor areas around the body work with either missing screws/nuts or just absolutely loose. FFS.

That was the mix we needed!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

But the contact area on the bottom is the same, so wear is still there, just 1/2 that of the original.

It depends on how long of the rod, and how deep is the innerlock in the center of the pulley.

Loved every part of this vid, except lack of using torque wrench on crank/variator bolt to tighten... why not? Should one not use a variator tool to hold variator still and do this?
